Waste reduction and responsible consumption matters to us. That's why we encourage you to return your used VEEV NOW devices and VEEV ONE pods through our recycling programme. That way, we can ensure your used VEEV products are disposed of in a responsible manner.​​

Call us on (0800 432 0000), so that we can register your return. After your call, you will receive  an email with your postage label*​

*Print at home or request a Post Office, free of charge.  

Use a suitable sealed bag. We recommend returning between 4-10 VEEV products (VEEVNows or VEEVOne pods) as part of one return*​

*1 return accepted per consumer per month to receive reward.​
